DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING most items unless otherwise specified.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Shipping is ALWAYS FREE when you shop at TMOSHOP.

Due to the high demand on many of our products, we have been fulfilling them directly from our manufacturer overseas. Average shipping time is 2-3 weeks but it can take up to 4 weeks in rare occasions.

International orders can take 4-6 weeks.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as it is made available to us.

Your order is 100% insured for your protection.

Please note we are not responsible for any duties or tariffs that may be imposed by customs in your country. 


 

 DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of date of delivery if the item received is damaged or defective. If the item purchased is not as described or defective, we will send another unit or refund the customer. Please contact us with photos and details of the product and the defect. The customer is responsible for the shipping on returned goods.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Your order can be altered at any time prior to the shipment.  Once the order is shipped it is out of our control.  If it is before shipment please email us at service@tmoshop.com with your order # or if you would like to add something to the order you will have to place a new order.
